Don't use the service department!!! Bumper to bumper warranty means nothing. They charged me to tell me the door handle is not covered under warranty and also to tell me why the brake light would come o warranty means nothing. They charged me to tell me the door handle is not covered under warranty and also to tell me why the brake light would come on every once in a while. I also had to $100 warranty fee to get the things that where covered. I am not happy and will NEVER buy or take another vechile to planet ford again. I will tell all of my family and friends and if I hear anyone talking about going to planet ford ill send them to Tomball ford not a happy customer. More
