Terrible Service Advisor (Brown) Took F250 in for warranty repairs( Check engine light and passenger mirror.) Ms. Brown said mirror assembly not warrantied and it was going to cost $ Took F250 in for warranty repairs( Check engine light and passenger mirror.) Ms. Brown said mirror assembly not warrantied and it was going to cost $1900. I called ford warranty and had to start a claim. I had to force her to call to get approval. She then said that the service mechanic could not help with diagnosis because he was out having a baby. I had to request to get another service person to get proper diagnosis for warranty. Also, I could never get her to call me. She would only email. In order to talk to her, I had to call main number and ask for her. More

Wrong Service I bought a prepaid package for Oil and Filter change with Mobil one full synthetic oil some months ago and I came to this store today to get the oil a I bought a prepaid package for Oil and Filter change with Mobil one full synthetic oil some months ago and I came to this store today to get the oil and filter change and for my surprise, they did the job using Motorcraft SAE 3347 oil. That's unfair. I talked to the manager on duty (Jhonny) and he explained to me that the technician did not pay attention to the instructions. So they brought the car back to a place where I couldn't see the car and they changed the oil to the Mobile one full synthetic but they did not change it in the paperwork. I am really not confident in this job performance and shop. More

Horrible service department! They don't know anything about their own vehicles! After they updated my transmission recall software my truck is showing tool sign at the 3rd or 4th They don't know anything about their own vehicles! After they updated my transmission recall software my truck is showing tool sign at the 3rd or 4th gear change slows down like it's about to shut down and starts shaking. I took it back they jipped me out of pocket about $500 for tune up, because they said one of spark plug is misfiring well afterwards its still doing same thing and they can't find any code to find out what is wrong so you know there was no tune up required and they just made commission on something that was not necessary. I dropped it off today again now they're saying they can't do nothing until the tool sign shows up again which is ridiculous than why you guys did the tune up in the first place??? Horrible horrible service department DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE! My advice take it or find out on your own afterwards! More
