Mrs Cristal pate( service advisor) is very profesional and kind, 5 stars for her, and that's a plus for me to take I can't say i recived bad service. Just feel a little down after i recived mi car repaired and drove it just to see the LOW WASHER FLUID alert on the dash. I thought that those are courtesy things that a Dealer would take care of, so customers feel apreciated and coming back. Besides a quick wash wasn't that hard either. I used to work at a new car dealer(Audi/Mazda/Volkswagen/Porche)and we always courtesy wash all customers cars after serviced to keep them happy. After all the service provided is pretty pricey... Just my thought as a customer... More

Excellent Service I took my vehicle in due to a recall. However Jessica made my experience Amazing. Frustration over a recall for airbag replacement It took me 18-20 months and 4-5 attempts to schedule the recall work for the airbag issue in my Ford Fusion. I finally scheduled an appointment 2-3 w It took me 18-20 months and 4-5 attempts to schedule the recall work for the airbag issue in my Ford Fusion. I finally scheduled an appointment 2-3 weeks in advance and dropped off my car. I was told there were 9 cars to be worked on in front of mine that morning at 7:00AM and it would likely be overnight before I could pick it up. Three calls the first afternoon to check on the status of the work were unanswered and not returned. On the 4th call my service rep claimed they were just about to call that the work was complete. It was too late to make it back so I arranged to pick it up the next morning. I was assured it would be ready for pick up. I arrived the next morning. The paperwork couldn’t be found or hadn’t been prepared. The car was ready so they offered to email an invoice for the work later. I agreed and then waited for 20 minutes for someone to get my car at the empty service center. I even offered to get it myself if they would locate it for me. It finally arrived. That afternoon I tried once again to contact the service writer to check on the paperwork, again no answer or response. I called the general number and another service writer offered to send an email. It contained my name, car, and an invoice number that the work was complete, no details as to whether it was an engine overhaul, or a wiper blade replacement or recall repair. I am still waiting for a detailed receipt. I never met my service writer, and those that did help me did not seem to care about timeliness or responsiveness. I was unimpressed with the entire process of taking care of this recall. More
