I dropped my car off after a early morning appointment to check on a lagging start issue with my car and they promised to have it at the end of the day. I received no updates leading up to the end of my work day about my car so I called the advisor whose name is Jessica Pittman and she assured me that she will have an update to me by 5pm. 5pm came and no call was received so I went to the dealer and waited for her to get to her desk. She mentioned that they did not get to check my car that day due to all the cars ahead of me so I was told I have to rent a car at my own expense suddenly with no heads up. To make matters worse Jessica said she would have the car checked out first thing Saturday and let me know the updates and she never called me. I returned the rental on Sunday and went Monday to get the car. She mentioned the mechanic found no issues with the car (which I found skeptical because it was a obvious lag after a cold start) and that I needed some mileage tune ups which I agreed to pay for. As I was skeptical if the issue was fixed I asked about the policy in returning the car if I should have the issue after leaving with the car. Sure enough, the next day I had the same lagging start. I called Jessica 6 times total and left voice messages and not once did she pick up the phone or return a call over a span of 1 full week which leads me to think she internally ignored me for some reason. I recorded a video of the car taking very long to start and went in to confront her. She once again suggest that I leave it with her and rent another car at my expense. This really pissed me off because I did not see the point of going to the dealer and paying dealer prices to not have an issue corrected the first time and also the disrespect and bad communication from my Jessica was distasteful. She did not have the courtesy to even apologize for the inconvenience of all of their incompetence this was causing me and also see if she could do something about my ride home since it was sudden. It is people like her that ruins a company repetition over the years and also drive away customers returning customers. I had to ask to speak to a manager in order to get value from my second visit and I am now liable to pay twice (more than $1700) for repairs that should have been fixed the first time bu this dealer. As for the Advisor, she should just leave the job if you don’t like dealing with customers and answering/returning phone calls. Someone else would do a much better job..... More

My daughter-in-law went in to get my tags last Tuesday after she left school. These were still up front. More
