Appointments are a waste of time I set up an appointment to have a recall item repaired on my explorer. I set it up for 8 am ONE MONTH in advance. When I arrived Pablo informed me tha I set up an appointment to have a recall item repaired on my explorer. I set it up for 8 am ONE MONTH in advance. When I arrived Pablo informed me that even though it was a half day job it may not be ready till the next day because there were so many cars ahead of me. I asked him how there could be that many cars ahead of my 8 am appointment when it was exactly 8 am? He said they all had appointments. I got my car back three days later at 7 pm, only because I told him we were picking it up whether it was repaired or not because I needed it for the weekend. Although Pablo did keep me informed of timelines during the three day ordeal, it is ridiculous that I had no access to my car (or my moms wheelchair) for three days after I made an appointment for a quick recall repair. Also I was told no loaners were available to me. Yesterday I got another recall letter... but I’d rather cut my hand on the sharp metal seat track then risk losing my vehicle for countless days More

The car's interior is a cream-white leather so, it took a long time to clean off all the grease stains they left on the door trim, dash, glove box, drivers seat, & steering wheel. More

Let me start by saying that overall I am very pleased with Planet Ford In Spring Texas. And that I have purchased my last 7 vehicles from them and will continue to do so . I made the purchase of the 2017 Ford Flex in September and before I made my first payment I had to bring it in for a service problem. And I had to wait four days to get it back . And then before I made my second payment it was back in for the same problem. And again was keep 5 days before it was returned. I am a Uber driver so you can see this clearly impacted my job ( I was given a vehicle to use while the repairs were being made but could not use it for my Uber job .) . I guess the thing I would say now is that I was not communicated to enough to know what was happening. I like the company and will continue to buy from them .
