Great service advisers but poor service technicians The service adviser (front desk) that tended to me did an outstanding job of explaining the services and prices. However, the service technician (mechanic) left the inside of the vehicle full of grease/oil marks from their dirty hands. The car's interior is a cream-white leather so, it took a long time to clean off all the grease stains they left on the door trim, dash, glove box, drivers seat, & steering wheel. More
Let me start by saying that overall I am very pleased with Planet Ford In Spring Texas. And that I have purchased my last 7 vehicles from them and will continue to do so . Now that being said I am very disappointed with last couple of service issues that I have had with them . I made the purchase of the 2017 Ford Flex in September and before I made my first payment I had to bring it in for a service problem. And I had to wait four days to get it back . And then before I made my second payment it was back in for the same problem. And again was keep 5 days before it was returned. I am a Uber driver so you can see this clearly impacted my job ( I was given a vehicle to use while the repairs were being made but could not use it for my Uber job .) . I guess the thing I would say now is that I was not communicated to enough to know what was happening. I like the company and will continue to buy from them . But very disappointed with the last service Job. Oh by the way Crystal in the service department did and great job also . Thank you Johnny B McCoy More
