Sold me a brand new truck with a cracked intake manifold. My truck stayed in the shop for almost a month just to get it back and have to send it back the next day to have the alternator replaced. I have been My truck stayed in the shop for almost a month just to get it back and have to send it back the next day to have the alternator replaced. I have been without my truck for over a month. There was very little communication from dealer on what was wrong and when I would get my truck back. This was a complete inconvenience for me seeing how I do not live in the area. More

Had to wait 9 days to get in. After arriving there was no loaner car, and wasn't informed of one until that afternoon. After looking at a check engine light for 9 days (on a truck w 3000 miles), I was inform loaner car, and wasn't informed of one until that afternoon. After looking at a check engine light for 9 days (on a truck w 3000 miles), I was informed that there was no engine light on OR a history of codes on the engine. It was on when I dropped the truck off. I give this visit a "F" to Planet Ford. More

Appointments are a waste of time I set up an appointment to have a recall item repaired on my explorer. I set it up for 8 am ONE MONTH in advance. When I arrived Pablo informed me tha I set up an appointment to have a recall item repaired on my explorer. I set it up for 8 am ONE MONTH in advance. When I arrived Pablo informed me that even though it was a half day job it may not be ready till the next day because there were so many cars ahead of me. I asked him how there could be that many cars ahead of my 8 am appointment when it was exactly 8 am? He said they all had appointments. I got my car back three days later at 7 pm, only because I told him we were picking it up whether it was repaired or not because I needed it for the weekend. Although Pablo did keep me informed of timelines during the three day ordeal, it is ridiculous that I had no access to my car (or my moms wheelchair) for three days after I made an appointment for a quick recall repair. Also I was told no loaners were available to me. Yesterday I got another recall letter... but I’d rather cut my hand on the sharp metal seat track then risk losing my vehicle for countless days More
