When I finally picked up my car, they said they could not find it, even though I scheduled a time. The car repair person redacted my invoice without giving me a copy. Stated his manager refused to reimburse me for a rental car that I have in writing it would be paid for. (This is after I was told when I dropped my car off they no longer supplied loaners.(It was another lie. I was dark by the time "they found my car. I did not learn until my car left me in Austin Texas, they were charging the dead battery in my car, and gave it to me with a bad battery. Bad because they left my car sitting for so long. Also, the speakers were rusting from moisture from the door left off, or open? Upon examination at a ford place getting my car started, they showed the "new door" was rusted, the molding below the door fell off. It was old and rusted. The paint had drips and was rough and not finished. I cannot drive or leave my car out because the trunk floods in the rain. The doors and not aligned and have cracks. The coverings for the undercarriage are missing. My air pods were stolen. The noted missing interior parts and AirPods missing were reported immediately, Parts inside my car, i.e. door handle, were missing. After stranded in Austin, I went to Planet Ford dealership, where I bought my car to show him the rusted door, the molding that fell off, and the paint drips. He stated they were not linked with the body shop. Eddie Fullen, would let the manager know. Shawn Burns. After fighting with the insurance company, I did as advised to bring the car back to the body shop for the manager to make good. The manager called his assistant to his side, and refused to get out of his chair to come and look at the rusted door and damages to my car. He said the insurance inspected the car and said all repairs were up to their standards. I told the insurance company and they stated he is "LYING". Pictures of the door and damages were sent to the insurance company and to the managers at Planet Ford dealership and body shop. I also had approximately 10,000 miles of use on my car while in their shop. To this date, my car has not been repaired. I will be forced to file a lawsuit this week to avoid the statute of limitations. Randall Reed, the owner was copied on my email communications. Never a response. Mr. Brad Stapp, the body shop manager, is the one that refused to get up from his chair to examine the rusted door and damages, a indicator that he was aware they used a junk yard door to replace the door on my Lincoln MKZ, that I bought from Planet Ford. I vowed previously that I would never buy a car from Planet Ford when years ago they did a bait and switch on a car for my son. The insurance company has been of little help. I believe they are supportive of Planet Ford to repair many of their wrecked cars to use substandard replacement and repair. The damages received from Planet Ford Body shop are egregious. More

I bought a 2021 ford bronco sport; I purchase an Extended Service Plan with Roadside assistance during the buying of vehicle in the shop. On April 9,2024, I was driving, and this error message popped on the dash "CHARGING SYSTEM SERVICE NOW" and a red battery symbol, right before the vehicle complete cut off on me while I was driving on a main traffic street. The vehicle wouldn't hold stay on unless I got a jump from another vehicle. I took the vehicle into Planet ford quick land because I thought it was a battery issue and I had a battery warranty. They quickly replace the battery but the error message didn't go away. They informed me it could be the alternator. Since it was late in the afternoon, I called Planet Ford Service to explain my issue and i was bringing my vehicle in for them to fix. I asked for a loan since I paid for this service. I was informed they didn't have a loaner and the next loaner would be ready in June 2024!! Remind you it is April 2024!! I was thinking it would be a quick fix, No it turned into 10 total days of my vehicle being in their shop and me paying uber to go to work. I called the service manager Greg, on the 7th day and 9th day left voice message and no return call. I would never buy a Ford and I would tell others never buy Ford and definitely dont buy from Planet Ford Spring! This service center is refusing to approve or honor contact rights. Also, this is breach of contract by sale provider of product. The dealership service center refuse to resolve this problem which lead to this complaint. More
They kept my car for a month, and not a single thing was fixed. Communication from staff was the horrible and they drove the vehicle for shy of 100-miles and NO fix!! Quite frankly the attitude of the people we have encountered in their service department is terrible and quite obvious they don't care. My wife dropped off her 2022 Explorer for diagnostics for a suspected electrical problem (Second time in roughly a year so those thinking of buying from this dealership and this car take heed.), the person she spoke with would not give her an estimate as to when it might get seen, when I called today to get an estimate so I can adjust my work schedule to work from home I was on hold for 30+ minutes before I hung up. I then called both Tomball Ford and Gullo Ford in Conroe and within a combined 10 minutes had talked to a technician and had estimates. Two care and one doesn't, you decide who you want to give $40,000+. More

Had very poor experience with service department. Dealership has over 4 week delay in availability of loaner car and manager of service department just laughed in my face and hung up the phone. It was a 7 day long living nightmare! I will never take my vehicle back to your shop EVER. I took my vehicle for a recall and since the engine light came on a couple of days before the sc I will never take my vehicle back to your shop EVER. I took my vehicle for a recall and since the engine light came on a couple of days before the scheduled repair on the recall, I decided to let your service dept. diagnose and correct the issue. On top of that I wanted the 100,000 mile maintenance done. Your Service Advisor, initials are C.W.E., failed to return my calls, yet every time I called the general number he just happened to be there, why not return my calls. Long story short, after the 7 day ordeal, I went to pick up my vehicle and decided to check the oil, and I'm glad I did, it was one whole quart over the maximum limit. So back to your service dept. where they corrected the issue. Mind you that this should never have happened. It doesn't end there; on the way home, we realized there was a huge crack on the windshield, needless to mention, that crack was not there, but not only the crack but several nicks were on the windshield, almost like something was tossed on it. The next morning when I went to work, one of my coworkers mentioned a noise he heard, and sure enough, there was a thumping sound that was not there prior to your "service". At this point, I'll be damned if I take any vehicle back to your shop, and just to add, I am telling everyone I know, everyone I meet on the street, all my relatives and anyone else to stay away from your dealership. To continue, I found another shop and had to spend another $800.00 to correct what your techs screwed up. The air filter was not the correct size, and the air filter housing was not installed properly causing the thumping sound because the engine was starved for air. The so called 100,000 mile maintenance is supposed to check the transmission fluid level, the brake fluid, the coolant, etc. Well, the transmission fluid level was never checked because there is no dipstick to check it with, and the other shop had to drain, and refill the brake fluid because their test discovered too much moisture. So, if this is not a wakeup call for you to correct your horrendous service dept., maybe a continuous loss of customers will. I am copying this review and posting it on a Google review, and the Facebook review and every other website I can post this to. Thank you for stealing my $1400+ dollars! More

The staff is always different each time I go and nobody seems to know anything or care. I'm stuck because I want my Ford serviced at a Ford dealership, so I just tolerate it. For 20k I insisted it needs more than just the basic oil change, but they only did basic oil change. For this 30k, it was the same BS with the service guy saying I just needed the basic oil change - which is absolutely not true. I had Subaru and Honda before this and service was always easy and a pleasure. And don't get me started on warranty service - they go out of their way to make that as big a hassle as possible so you never request warranty service again. More
