End of a nightmare. My perfect F150 2016 model was rear-ended and totaled. Only 22,000 miles. I went back to Alan at Planet Ford and told him what happened. He Immediatel My perfect F150 2016 model was rear-ended and totaled. Only 22,000 miles. I went back to Alan at Planet Ford and told him what happened. He Immediately told me that we would fix this. Within 24 hours he had me in a 2019 for what the insurance paid. Francisco got Ford to pick up my Service contract and Joe in aftermarket fixed me up just like my old one.Nightmare over. More

Amazing Experience After being turned down at several Dealerships, a friend brought me to Planet Ford. We were kindly greeted by Noel Prout , new car sales rep, who escorted us to the Preowned department but continued to be our representative..After working with the used car manager and determining what would fit my budget Noel kindly took his driving around the lot to pick the car up my choice. Ron stewart used car sales manager was amazing and making everything fit within my budget to get me approved. I was allowed to drive off the lot with the vehicle that night to get used to the car that I would be signing for the next day. Upon arriving the next day I was greeted so kindly by Arthur after working with the used car manager and determining but would fit my budget no welcome finally took us driving around the lot to pick the car of my choice. Ron Stewart used car sales manager was amazing and making everything fit within my budget to get me approved. I was allowed to drive off the lot with vehicle that night to get used to the car that I would be signing for the next day. Upon arriving the next day I was greeted so kindly by Arthur Wooten, Who clearly explained all of my financial obligations in my contract and sent me off writing. I will definitely be making referrals to planet Ford in coming back in the near future to upgrade my vehicle More
