During the entire time we spent with the sales team, my wife and I were treated with respect and the sales team worked on the notion that the customer is first. At times people wrestle with defining who the customer is; not this group, they treated us and those around us fairly, with respect. When it came to closing the deal and getting our vehicle ready, it was expedited and had completed the deal in short order. They gave us input on any after market items we would like to customize our truck. We talked to "Chevy" and he went over options and cost. We then left after some accessory education, and drove away in our new truck. It is a F-150 Sport, in our color and our power train we requested and it certainly filled the bill. More
