It is not usually pleasant going to a dealership and buying a vehicle. But this time the whole process took a little time but was not as stressful as in the past. He did his best to get me in and out as quick as he could and it was much appreciated. He was nice, courteous and respected the deal as we went through it. The only thing that bothers me (and it is not his fault) is how long it takes from start to finish. More

He answered all of my many questions and was awesome. The exact vehicle I wanted wasn't on their lot. He looked and found the exact one I wanted which was very specific. David Mena sat with me to explain all my options. They worked very hard to find me the very best deal that worked for me and saved me money. Chris Peterpaul was great as well. He explained everything on the paperwork. The whole process was very easy. Very professional Team! Needless to say, I did not go any where else. I am very grateful they were there for me. Since my car was not available yet, they gave me a brand new SUV just like the one I wanted but in a different color until mine arrived. That was awesome! Average Experience Average experience at this location. Bought new ford escape, got the car on the promised date and time. Easy financing process. Drove the car out of dealership and adjusted rear view mirror and guess what mirror came out in my hand. Called up the sales person and he said that service department is closed and i should come tomorrow on Saturday by 4 PM. I reached at 4 PM and the sales person took the car for fixing the rear view mirror. He came back in a few mins and said sorry the service center closes at 4 PM on Saturdays and i will have to fix the appointment for Monday and come again. Really, it is not a service issue guys, it is an issue with your PDI process. Next week i sent a message to the same sales person about date and time for the mirror fixing but still waiting for him to reply back (5 days past already) More
