Excellent Service and Fantastic Experience Planet Ford 45 was the first dealership my wife, daughter, and I visited while looking for a replacement for my 2011 Jeep Liberty. We got checked in Planet Ford 45 was the first dealership my wife, daughter, and I visited while looking for a replacement for my 2011 Jeep Liberty. We got checked in and were assigned to Max Williams. Max was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. My daughter (4) is pretty shy around strangers but she loved Max! We looked for the one vehicle that brought us in (2019 Demo F150) but it was not available anymore. Max quickly explained the huge discounts on the new models and was able to run high level numbers for us. Unfortunately, the price was higher than my wife and I planned on spending and ended up leaving the dealership. Max took the initiative to rework the numbers and trade in value and kindly informed my we were very close to our target. After a few back and for texts (which I personally loved because its hard to take formal phone calls while at work) we got to a number that was just perfect. Max was incredibly nice and accommodating and we would not have been able to buy our new vehicle without his assistance. Thank you Max for everything you've done!
