I saw a used Harley f150 on website and was told my salesman he couldn’t sell a used car so I contacted that pallet ford the guy called and left a message. I left messages with ZERO return call. Almost a week later I finally speak to guy says it’s sold. Professional and courteous would have been to call or at least email and say it was sold but no they leave the vehicle posted and I continue to try to get a hold of the guy to buy the truck in cash. Thanks to the lack of professionalism I missed out on other vehicles. When I did speak to him his comment was is that the price range you want to be in, my response no I paid over 60k cash for a car so no it wasn’t the price I was interested in it was the truck!!! What a revolting response. Thanks to that guy I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY AT A PLANET FORD!!! More

Quite frankly the attitude of the people we have encountered in their service department is terrible and quite obvious they don't care. My wife dropped off her 2022 Explorer for diagnostics for a suspected electrical problem (Second time in roughly a year so those thinking of buying from this dealership and this car take heed.), the person she spoke with would not give her an estimate as to when it might get seen, when I called today to get an estimate so I can adjust my work schedule to work from home I was on hold for 30+ minutes before I hung up. I then called both Tomball Ford and Gullo Ford in Conroe and within a combined 10 minutes had talked to a technician and had estimates. Two care and one doesn't, you decide who you want to give $40,000+. More
