Outstanding Customer Service at Planet Ford 45 In September we began the process of finding our son’s first car his 16th birthday. We reached out to Patrick Huygen and shared with him what we were looking for. Within the hour he had found the perfect vehicle. From the start of the process to final sale it was a seamless experience. Mr. Huygen took care of overseeing every aspect of our purchase and did so in a professional and caring way. Not only did we work with Mr. Huygen but we also worked with members of the service/after market team to install new wheels, tires and running boards. They were incredibly helpful making sure we chose the correct products and made sure the work was done in time for his birthday. The finance department also did a fantastic job. I can not say thank you enough to the members of Planet Ford who truly made the process great for us and our son’s birthday the most memorable ever! More
