Crystal is my service advisor and I will continue to go back because of her. She took the time to help me out so I could get out of there quick since I needed my truck and couldn’t leave it. Transmission It took Planet Ford 5 weeks to fix my car. I did have a third party extended warranty and knew it may add some time to fixing my car, however I think It took Planet Ford 5 weeks to fix my car. I did have a third party extended warranty and knew it may add some time to fixing my car, however I think 5 weeks was excessive. I had an appointment on a Friday and took my car in the day before so they would have it first thing. I called the following Tuesday and they hadn't even looked at it and said it may be several more days. REALLY FOLKS. If you are that busy, get more technicians. Communication was poor. When I did finally get my car my Service Advisor was very courteous, but was distracted 4 times by 4 different people regarding a credit card machine issue, printer issue, printer jam issue and the lack of paper and someone had to find some PLUS an issue with the customer ahead of me she was trying to resolve. I believe in working as a TEAM, but I think other TEAM members could have stepped in to assist. Very, very disorganized. Again, it took a week before you even looked at my car and determined it was the transmission. Five weeks is not acceptable. More

He explained in such a manner that a woman who knows nothing about what struts, sway bar bushings, timing gear, etc. do could understand. My car was ready to go when Rios initially told me it would be. Excellent service. Mechanic that worked on my car also excellent! Very happy with my experience! FYI .. my 2010 Taurus drives like a brand new vehicle … quiet, smooth, and peppy! Love it. Should be good for another 99,000 repair free miles as before. More
