Appointments are a waste of time I set up an appointment to have a recall item repaired on my explorer. I set it up for 8 am ONE MONTH in advance. When I arrived Pablo informed me tha I set up an appointment to have a recall item repaired on my explorer. I set it up for 8 am ONE MONTH in advance. When I arrived Pablo informed me that even though it was a half day job it may not be ready till the next day because there were so many cars ahead of me. I asked him how there could be that many cars ahead of my 8 am appointment when it was exactly 8 am? He said they all had appointments. I got my car back three days later at 7 pm, only because I told him we were picking it up whether it was repaired or not because I needed it for the weekend. Although Pablo did keep me informed of timelines during the three day ordeal, it is ridiculous that I had no access to my car (or my moms wheelchair) for three days after I made an appointment for a quick recall repair. Also I was told no loaners were available to me. Yesterday I got another recall letter... but I’d rather cut my hand on the sharp metal seat track then risk losing my vehicle for countless days More

This dealership was by far the most beautiful dealership I've ever been to! They had a wide selection of trucks and Alex in particular was extremely helpful, kept in close contact, and was determined to fin I've ever been to! He was also very honest and "got to the point" so to speak- rather than just BSing his way through a sell and wasting time. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we reached a deal on the truck after hours and I was returning the next day to sign all the paperwork (from out of town- about 1.5hrs away) and when I was en route, Alex called to let me know the truck was sold by someone else. This was obviously a major let down and frustrating. However, it wasn't Alex's fault so I don't blame him. I ultimately bought the truck I wanted elsewhere, but would consider returning if I want another Ford in the future. More
