Sold me a brand new truck with a cracked intake manifold. My truck stayed in the shop for almost a month just to get it back and have to send it back the next day to have the alternator replaced. There was very little communication from dealer on what was wrong and when I would get my truck back. This was a complete inconvenience for me seeing how I do not live in the area. More

Had to wait 9 days to get in. After arriving there was no loaner car, and wasn't informed of one until that afternoon. After looking at a check engine light for 9 days (on a truck w 3000 miles), I was inform loaner car, and wasn't informed of one until that afternoon.
