Pablo was GREAT! After having a really awful experience at another Ford dealership and their service department, we decided to give Planet Ford a try. We first brought After having a really awful experience at another Ford dealership and their service department, we decided to give Planet Ford a try. We first brought our 2018 F150 into Planet Ford for the security keypad coming off of the door and an oil change. We had our truck back the next day! This most recent time we worked with Pablo due to issues with our main touch screen and our horn. We dropped off the vehicle before heading out of town. Pablo kept us in the loop while we were away and our truck was ready within 2 days (including our requested oil change and full detail). Pablo held onto our vehicle until we returned from our trip. He worked out all of the details with our extended warranty and we were on our way, spending even less than initially thought. We will continue to bring our vehicles here moving forward. HUGE 360 from our experience at the other Ford dealership. Thanks Planet Ford and thanks Pablo! More
