Taking a test drive was great because it was like talking to a friend. Conversation was organic and I felt comfortable with asking questions because there was no pushy agenda. I work out of state every single week for work and I wasn't sold yet on whether or not I wanted to pull the trigger on such a substantial purchase just yet. He worked with my situation and was able to get an extended test drive for me so I could give a definitive answer by the following Saturday without being stressed if what I wanted was already sold to another customer. Because of multiple issues with their salesmen and an especially terrible experience with their service manager, we vowed to take our business elsewhere. Thank God we did because our experience was terrific at Planet Ford. Dustin Springer was our sales guy who was polite, accommodating. The experience was relatively short and I never thought I’d describe the paper signing process as high tech, but it was. The finance guy had a screen in his desk and most papers were signed using digital pens on that surface. Our papers were given to us digitally via a usb stick. Very slick. They even insisted that we walk around the vehicle during the handover process and point out any flaw that we might see so that they could document and work to correct them. I’ve never had a dealership do that. The only negative that I have is I feel that we were not given enough for our trade, but I think that most people think that in this process. We bought a 2019 Expedition XLT and it is a sweet ride. Thank you Planet Ford. I took it back a week later for a window tint, their process was fast and easy and again the staff just awesome attitude.
