Terrence and plant Ford was a great place to buy from. I was offered to reserve a vehicle and sent the buyers order for a vehicle that was already sold! The vehicle had arrived Monday and sold that same day. Through that week I was speaking with Warren Ashford, one of the new car salesman, about putting down the $1000 reservation fee and also bringing in my car to be appraised for a trade in. Warren told me he would be in that Friday at 1p for me to bring in my car to be appraised. Mind you, the vehicle I was in the process of reserving had been sold earlier that week and I was never made aware of it. I emailed Warren on Friday to let him know I was headed up there, which was a 45 minute drive for me. When I got there I let the receptionist know I was there for Warren as well as emailed him. I was 30 minutes early so I asked to have my car appraised while I waited for Warren. They appraised my car and I told them that I would be trading it in for the vehicle I was there to reserve. After the appraisal (Warren still had not shown up) I spoke with another salesman about financing and he was working to get the paperwork in order for Warren. Mind you it is close to 2p at this point. We'll after all that is when they told me the vehicle had been sold the past Monday. I am not upset that the vehicle had been sold as I had yet to put the deposit down. I was upset that Warren Ashford lied to me and stringed me along that entire week knowing the vehicle was no longer available. Then they had the nerve to offer me another one that would be shipped in April. In addition Warren never came to speak to me while I was there, nor did he ever email me to at least apologize for the trouble he caused. I will never do business at Planet Ford again. More
