Second (maybe third) time a charm. I went here first and had a sales person who made me walk all the way to the back of the lot instead of bringing a car up for me. I went back again and asked for the same sales person and was told he would be up in a few minutes. After 30 minutes I left because I shouldn't have to wait that long. A month later I went back because I really wanted to test drive one of the SUV's. I did not ask for that same person but went with the first person to talk to me who happened to be Bill Lynch. He went and got the vehicle I wanted to try instead of making me walk then drove me around to look at other vehicles. He explained everything I wanted to know and I ended up buying from him. He seems very knowledgeable about all Ford vehicles and I think I will be able to ask him questions in the future regarding how to use the accessories on my new vehicle. Very happy with my purchase and happy I decided to give Ford another chance! (When giving my ratings I will be doing it for Bill Lynch and not the first sales person that I dealt with) More
