Beware Negotiated a purchase price for F-150, then requested a formal quotation so I could secure outside financing. Salesman returned with higher price Negotiated a purchase price for F-150, then requested a formal quotation so I could secure outside financing. Salesman returned with higher price than originally agreed....probably because I declined the extra services they were trying to sell (protective paint sealer, etc.) The salesman 'Jaime' was excellent, but the Sales Manager clearly pulled the plug on this deal. Not cool at all. Needless to say, I've lost their address and phone numbers. More

Outstanding Customer Service in the Used Car Department I recently purchased a used 2014 Ford Fusion from Plant Ford on I-45 in Spring, TX. My salesman Darryl Hubbard was great! I didn’t think I would be able to purchase a vehicle since I had some credit challenges on my credit report. Darryl assured me he could assist with helping me find a reliable vehicle within my budget that I could afford even with my credit challenges. He asked me what my budget was and to no avail he and Arthur Wooten in Finance were able to get me approved with a car payment that I could afford:-) I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone even if you think you can’t get approved! Planet Ford is Outstanding I was 9 months pregnant and due in one week when I needed to trade in two used vehicles that I had owned for one that was going to work for my upcomin I was 9 months pregnant and due in one week when I needed to trade in two used vehicles that I had owned for one that was going to work for my upcoming family. I first contacted Planet Ford through phone which then lead to email exchanges and more phone call exchanges. I stressed to them that this was something that I needed to know before I came down to their dealership, if it was a possibility. I had all the information about the vehicles as well as my personal information and completed applications online. The salesman Jacoby Garmon handled my situation with ease and had everything approved all numbers figured out and the vehicle cleaned and ready to go before I even went down to the dealership in person. I brought my trade-ins, signed the paperwork and drove away with my new Ford Focus within 2 hours. It was an amazing experience and I owe all my thanks to Jacoby Garmon. He made everything so easy for me and my husband, even though he had to do a lot of work to make it all happen for us. If you want to buy a vehicle from a place that actually cares about you and your experience with them, Planet Ford is the perfect dealership for you. Exceptional Salesmen William Ballard was my Sales Rep., Aaron Smith was the General Sales Manager and both took time to fill all my needs. Both answered all my questions concerning an RCL Lease. They did an excellent job explaining what this lease entailed and all the particulars of the lease. The Delivery Department did a great job going over the features of my new truck. Joe Tazioli the After Market Sales Manager did a great job explaining how a bed liner would protect my investment and I also purchased window tint to help with glare, heat and security, David Sherman in Finance explained all the menu of products available for my new truck but there was never any pressure. The paper work was explained in detail in a short amount of time. I am very happy with my purchase. More
