When we decided last week that it was about time to start looking around for something for my wife I knew it had to be from Aaron Smith (General Sales Manager) and his great Team at Planet Ford in Spring. After searching online she had a couple picked out she would like so I decided to stop in one day during my lunch break. Aaron assigned Patrick Huygen to assist me in locating a car for my wife. I truly believe that the sales consultants there go the extra mile to ensure you're pleased with your experience regardless if you purchase that day or not. I never once got the impression that Patrick was trying to get me to buy a car that day but just the opposite. He wanted to make sure I had a wonderful experience and didn't feel pressured to buy that day. He had my interest in mind the entire time while looking at different options. I am a returning customer and will continue to purchase all my vehicles there in the future. My wife loves her new Ford Edge Sport. My daughter will turn 16 in a couple years and is already dreaming of what she may get - of course she knows it will have to be purchased from our good friends over at Planet Ford in Spring.
