Here was a senior sales person focused on searching and finding what we had so carefully specified for our new vehicle. No "throw just anything" at us for purchase followed with arm twisting, but rather he carefully sought to match our request. No hard line "up-sales pressure", just a sincere effort to really help meet our need. The man KNOWS his products.
