My experience was surprisingly easy and positive with none of the typical annoying stuff you can find at other dealerships. Adam Chernosky made it as easy as it gets. Because I new the exact make, model and color vehicle I wanted, I simply wanted to get in and out with no hassle and minimal time. Adam u deed today this and did everything humanly possible to make my experience a positive one. Before I even arrived at the dealership we discussed my needs and he got it right away. Upon arriving it was all set up. My new 2016 Ford Fusion Hydrid was waiting outside the office. Adam met me, took me for a test drive, thoroughly answered questions about the vehicle, and the process and before long we had a deal. I signed the deal within a couple hours. It wasn't done there. After signing, Adam took me through every feature of my new vehicle and made sure I was pleased with my purchase, I've never had this service in the detail form he provided. Even after I drove off, within a couple hours he was checking in to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle.
