My Car Buying Experience Just purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKC Black Label…Let me say this was “BEST” Car Buying experience ever. I’ve bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I h Just purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKC Black Label…Let me say this was “BEST” Car Buying experience ever. I’ve bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say this was the smoothest Hassel-Free transaction I ever experienced. Never really cared much for Salesman…they only have one thing in mind…to make a commission off your purchase price and don’t care about the people...But at Planet Lincoln, this was not the case. After two days of walking in various Dealerships Lincoln, Mercedes, Porsche, Jaguar, Acura, Mazda to see what kind of offers were available, any special incentives or military discounts. I’ve decided on Lincoln for their Customer Service, the Black Label Incentives and mainly how they treat and value the Veterans. First impression means a lot to me…Professionalism, Dedication and Devotion to Duty…If anybody is reading this you can probably tell I am a Retired Navy Chief…Anyways, if anybody is looking for a Luxury Vehicle at a great deal with the Best Customer Service and Support…Planet Lincoln of Spring is the Place to Go. They show Pride and Professionalism in showing off what the Lincoln Dealership is all about regardless if you purchasing a vehicle or not…they will roll out the red carpet to all who walks thru the door. I am very pleased with my purchase…I would like to thank the Store General Manager and Finance Manager and a special thanks to the two Salesman Mr. Anthony Moore and Mr. Allen B. who I would Highly recommend both to anybody who is interested in purchasing a Lincoln! Car service over 2 weeks long Do not take your car in for Transmission services. I took my ford focus there and they said that they didn't have a transmission control module (TCM) Do not take your car in for Transmission services. I took my ford focus there and they said that they didn't have a transmission control module (TCM) part, said that they had to do a national back order. It's a Ford not a Ferrari, you're supposed to have parts ready to go..and not annoy your customers with having to call about 10 times in the same week for updates on the car. I requested an alternate vehicle as backup transportation, but my request was denied. I told them that they were the last people to put hands on its transmission and that they are responsible for the car breaking down again, they did not care, my needs were not met at all. I do not recommend this place at all. However, staff were professional at all times. I mean it's not like they had an option anyway. More

He went through all of the options available and found the car we wanted at a sister dealership and delivered it the same day. Also working with Thomas to sign the final paperwork was a breeze. Thomas and Patrick were very easy to communicate with. There was no stiffness of arrogance at all in their personalities. We would have no problem working with those guys again in the future.
