Within a very short time period We received an email from Frances Ramos responding to my inquiry. I received a phone call from Frances and I further explained what we were looking for. She answered all of my questions and followed up our phone call with an email quote. She agreed to hold the vehicle for a couple of days until We could get to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership we were shown the F450 and took it for a test drive. We also test drove an F350 for comparison. Frances had already sent the quote. She answered all of my questions and the price was the same as the quote. We were very satisfied with the price so we purchased the truck. No bait and switch at this dealership. Frances was excellent throughout the entire process. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Our truck buying experience at this dealership was beyond excellent. Everyone treated us extremely well. They gave us the information so we could make an intelligent buying decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Frances and Planet Ford to my family and friends.
