One of the best buying experiences EVER I took my vehicle in to Planet Ford to have recall service completed. I was told it would take all day. While my car was being serviced, I received I took my vehicle in to Planet Ford to have recall service completed. I was told it would take all day. While my car was being serviced, I received a call from jacoby Garmon. He asked if I was interested in trading in my vehicle. I let him know that I hadn't considered it. He is a very factual salesman, he let me know that there was a shortage of used cars due to the flood situation and that they could probably get me in a 2017 paying less than what I was currently paying per month. This peaked my interest as it would to anyone. Jacoby asked if he could have my vehicle appraised to wee what they would give me on a trade in.... SURE! I was impressed with the trade in offer for my 2013! I'm going to call this guy "NO PRESSURE JACOBY". Due to a busy schedule that I had, Jacoby kept in touch with me for a couple of weeks, then I let him know I was ready to see what he could offer! It happened to be his off day, (but you wouldn't know it because he paved the way for my husband I all the way - in his absence) The sales partners (Brian Strawn and Gregory Terral) treated us like they had known us for years, all because of Jacoby. So, if you are looking for a vehicle, please go see my friend Jacoby, he will treat you right! Thank you so much Jacoby for working on your day off to make our buying experience the best ever! Best Truck buying experience of my life I found a specific truck on the company's website and called on a Saturday evening. Salesmen Ben Hutzler went out and found vehicle on the lot and kept the key as the dealership was closed Sunday. I was able to negotiate price over the phone and settled on a price before coming to dealership. I drove more than 100 miles to get my truck because the price was literally $5000 less than any competitor on same truck. I arrived at dealership to find a friendly well trained salesmen Ben who was polite and knowledgeable that helped me with the purchase of the vehicle and the price did not change as they stayed with the exact price we talked about over the phone. Ben also had all paperwork drawn up prior to us arriving so the process was efficient and smooth. I have already recommended the dealership and salesmen to all family and friends. More
