Greatest service in the Houston area! I have a 6 year old Ford Edge that I've had to bring in a couple of times this year. Full disclosure, when the first issue happened I contacted Tomba I have a 6 year old Ford Edge that I've had to bring in a couple of times this year. Full disclosure, when the first issue happened I contacted Tomball Ford and they could get my car in for two weeks. TWO WEEKS! Unacceptable. I called Planet Ford and was able to take my car in immediately and got it back like new the next day. As far as the service staff, I haven't had better experiences anywhere else. They are knowledgable and mindful and it is always a pleasure dealing with them. So kuddos to Planet Ford. If I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future I will buy from them strictly based on my experience with the Service Staff. Thank you Craig Ellisor for your help today!
