He was even smiling when I change the color of the vehicle I wanted, it was anything to please me which is the way people wants to be treated. The only thing that I was not happy with was not being offered the automatic start system, I was offered that the next day when I already had a done deal, he apologized for it, but I'm really hoping I can get that later. But over all service was excellent, the salesman was excellent so on that note instead of 100 I will give him a 95. Keep up the good work Planet Ford, I love my Escape. More

Frances answered my questions promptly, accommodated me on short notice visits, and was polite and professional. I met Clennon when I signed papers and he was equally helpful. Ben Diblasio was forthright and very prepared by the time I sat down with him to go over financing. Joe Tazioli explained all the various optional equipment and services available to me and was not pushy at all. All in all, it was a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. I don't enjoy going "car shopping". I shall absolutely visit Planet Ford (on I-45 in Spring, TX.) if the need arises in the future. I hope these good folks are still around....especially Frances Ramos! More
