I always dread shopping for a vehicle because the salesman wants to sell me a car HE wants me to buy. Craig didn't do that. I told him what I want in an Expedition and he listened and showed me what he had available. I hope he is still at Planet Ford Spring when we need another truck. This was my second purchase from them and my son also purchased a truck earlier this year from Planet Ford Spring. I am NOT happy that they applied to 5 different lending companies (which damaged my credit score) when I told Craig I had "EXCELLENT" credit and wanted my loan through Ford Credit, where I ended up getting my loan. I don't know who does the credit checks, but they need to listen to the customer!! More
