A Very Happy Customer Me and my husband were searching for a vehicle for me since my mustang was getting old. No other dealership would help me get what I was looking for. Me and my husband were searching for a vehicle for me since my mustang was getting old. No other dealership would help me get what I was looking for. After almost giving up my husband found a car at Planet Ford in Spring and were contacted by Craig Jones. This man went above and beyond to help us. Since we lived so far he was helping us through text. He said he believed he could get us a deal. He was very honest and up front from the very beginning. So we believed him. He ended up telling us that we needed to go for a new car rather than a used and explained in detail the reasons why. When we got there Craig Jones immediately greeted us and sat down with us to talk. After about 5 minutes he explained that he was also helping another customer. Wow, what other salesman would help more than 1 person at a time. That man was going! He brought in another salesman David Moreno, I believe was his name. They both treated us like family! He was breaking a sweat but he put his customers' first! He even got us the deal, way better than what we expected. David would help while Craig was tied up with his other customer and made sure to walk through every detail of my new car! We have purchased many cars from other dealers but the experience that Craig Jones and David Moreno showed us was unbelievable!!!! It is because of him that we will continue to go back there and refer him to anyone that we know that are in the market for another vehicle. That is as long as he is there! Craig is awesome and I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me! I am beyond satisfied and happy! He has a customer for life! I hope he gets appraised and gets noticed for his hard work and positive attitude! More
