Ben Saved the Deal Ben was EVERYTHING! He saved the day and was able to get us the truck that had the features that we wanted and more. He was patient and answered all o Ben was EVERYTHING! He saved the day and was able to get us the truck that had the features that we wanted and more. He was patient and answered all our questions (he knows his stuff). He was attentive and made sure our experience was a good one. After we bought the truck, he walked us around the truck to make sure we knew how to operate all the new features especially the SYNC system. We had been to the dealership 3 times dealing with a new salesperson that was too busy trying to get a sell rather than listen to what we actually wanted. What could have been a horrible day turned out to be a great experience because of Ben. I will only recommend Ben to anyone going to Planet Ford. More
