Without having to walk the lot we identified the type of truck My wife and I drove 56 Miles to look at the selection of trucks the dealership offered. Without having to walk the lot we identified the type of truck, color and options we were looking for and 2 minutes later he had it parked in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. This was such a GREAT experience we did not have to walk around opening and looking at vehicles. The overall service with the dealership was fantastic. More

"Out of This World" Experience Planet Ford graciously awarded me a BRAND NEW CAR to recognize me as District Teacher of the Year in Spring ISD! As if that wasn't great enough, the c Planet Ford graciously awarded me a BRAND NEW CAR to recognize me as District Teacher of the Year in Spring ISD! As if that wasn't great enough, the customer service I received from everyone at Planet Ford was terrific, but especially the care and attention I got from Bill. He was exceptionally patient as I looked at various options and really worked hard to get me a car with wonderful features that would meet (and exceed) my needs. .He was super friendly, easy going, and really listened to what I wanted in my next car. Unethical Went to Planet for with a true car price agreement. They did not want to give me.a trade in offer but recommended I take the car to Texas Auto Direct Went to Planet for with a true car price agreement. They did not want to give me.a trade in offer but recommended I take the car to Texas Auto Direct and they would pick us up to finish the purchase. When I informed Planet Ford I had sold the car, they called me back to tell me that corporate increased the price $2000. They became rude and disrespectful and refused to honor the agreement. They also left my wife and I stranded for 3.5 hours since we sold our car. I will never go to a Planet company or speak well of them. Do not play their games, they are a bad organization! More
