When I went to pick up the truck, Patrick went over everything in detail with me. The phone jack wasn't working during the display. So, Patrick brought in Benjamin. The 2 of them found the problem-fixed the problem, and took time to make sure I understood all the functions of the screen. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I have already referred 2 people to PLANET FORD. More

They have always put their best deal out front on each transaction and I have always felt safe sending people to them. Recently, my F150 had a service concern. I went to Gullo first out of convenience and was given the run around. I then went to Planet Ford and worked with Donato, a senior service advisor, and got my warranty service concern handled with no issues or expense. I was not pleased with the length if time it took, 6 hrs. I wanted to purchase a soft drink but a note on the machine said drinks were not cold so just had bottled water provided. When I was with the woman who took me through the process of financing there was a small black box on her desk that required me to sign several times and was not able to see the information on the screen. Need to get that fixed. A man selling after market floor mats etc.did a good job of providing information on what items were available for my vehicle, but did not have the items I wanted in Stock. One more small issue is when the vehicle came back from make ready the wheels were not cleaned well and the front flimsy plastic license plate frame and dealer logo made of card board are not necessary as the first car wash will destroy it. More

I met a salesperson there, Patrick Huygen who was fantastic. I was just looking around I the lot trying to avoid any contact with anyone. Patrick was walkinfyby and asked if I needed any help in a non pushy way. I told him I was not buying anything just looking as I did not want him to waste his time on me on a busy Saturday. We started talking and he answered every question I had. He was patient and very knowledgeable about his products. He is not the stereotypical sales person! He spent at least an hour with me knowing that I was not buying now. Very impressive. I will go back when I am ready to buy and will buy from him. Check for yourself! More

I walked into the dealership 30 minutes before closing time just to do a test drive and they stayed until almost midnight helping me to purchase my vehicle and walk out with a new car. They took the time to learn my preferences in a vehicle and to help me to get a lease rather than a six-year contract. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. More
Excellent Service I purchased a F150 from Ben last week, at Planet Ford (Spring). Ben's customer service and attention to detail were excellent. we went on a test drive, and he demonstrated all of the vehicles safety features (adaptive cruise control, lane assist, self park, etc.). From there, we negotiated the price and he stayed with me through the entire purchase process (options, financing and delivery). Before I left the lot, Ben explained all of the trucks features, and demonstrated many of them. His explanations were concise and to the point. In addition, he emphasized if I had any issues, I should contact him immediately. I ended up taking him up on the offer the following Monday. I purchased the truck on a Saturday and got home in the late afternoon. When I arrived home, I was shocked to find a $750 coupon from Ford towards the purchase of a truck. Needless to say, I was definitely interested in the coupon, and called Ben Monday morning to discuss my options. As with my initial conversation with Ben, he was very polite and helpful. He talked to Russell in finance, and they were able to reprocess my paperwork to include the Ford rebate. Needles to say, this was great news. I highly recommend Ben and Planet Ford.
