Unethical Went to Planet for with a true car price agreement. They did not want to give me.a trade in offer but recommended I take the car to Texas Auto Direct Went to Planet for with a true car price agreement. They did not want to give me.a trade in offer but recommended I take the car to Texas Auto Direct and they would pick us up to finish the purchase. When I informed Planet Ford I had sold the car, they called me back to tell me that corporate increased the price $2000. They became rude and disrespectful and refused to honor the agreement. They also left my wife and I stranded for 3.5 hours since we sold our car. I will never go to a Planet company or speak well of them. Do not play their games, they are a bad organization! More
