Great Communication Andrew assisted me with placing a factory order for a vehicle. Great Experience I had contact Keven French in reference to an F150, but decided not to go to the dealership for a test drive, Kevin kept in touch with me off & on for I had contact Keven French in reference to an F150, but decided not to go to the dealership for a test drive, Kevin kept in touch with me off & on for about a month so when I saw this 2015 Expedition on their website, I gave Kevin a call. I met with him, test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. He was professional & friendly. I would say the only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the system seems to breakdown in finance. I waited 1 1/4 hrs before I was able to talk to the finance representative, which I thought that was excessive. Kevin kept checking on me during the wait time. The time I spent with the Juan Martinez, the finance rep, was short & the signing process didn't take long. When I completed the transaction my car still wasn't ready for delivery. I had to wait another 30 minutes, but Kevin did keep me updated on the process. There was gum on the driver side running board & it was still there when the car was delivered, but the car looked great under the lights. Kevin went over the features of the car including how to sync my phone. I had planned to finance through my bank, but when I went back to them they changed the interest rate so I called Juan to see what he could do for me. He got me a great rate and I was very pleased with his efforts. I would give him 5 stars. This is the second car I had purchased from Planet Ford. More
