Stress free and effortless! My relationship withPlanet Ford in Spring started in July of 2017. I was in a small accident and needed repairs done to my vehicle. Jose in the collisions department was EXTREMELY patient with me! And Mike the collision manager was awesome as well!! Next my business moved to the service department where Mrs. Mann took care of me. She too was beyond helpful. Well at the beginning of February 2018. I was involved in a major accident. My car that your team just spent a lot of time to repair was totalled at 65 mph. But thanks to my seatblet and all of the airbags that deployed (most of which I didn't even know where even in the vehicle ) I walked away from the accident. I called Mike who set me up with Craig Jones in sales. And reassured me he would help me get into another vehicle and work with me on pricing as well and make sure it was what I wanted. I knew what I wanted. I informed Craig of my needs and he delivered !! I spent very little time actually at the dealership. My work schedule the last few weeks has been booked, and I'm a single mother of 3 so taking time off was not an option! Craig got all the numbers worked out sent me a purchase order to review. After a few changes and a lot of leg work on his part, and a short amount of time with Chad the finance manager, I drove off the lot on 2/26/18 with my very first BRAND NEW CAR!! Never during my experience did I feel any pressure. Or feel like I was being sold something I did not want. You guys have an outstanding team.
