Great Salesman but Shady Business in Finance First,we got to the dealership a little after nine a.m. on a Saturday and the receptionist couldn't find us a sales person so we left and came back in First,we got to the dealership a little after nine a.m. on a Saturday and the receptionist couldn't find us a sales person so we left and came back in the afternoon. I've never walked in a dealership and not been able to get a sales person. When we did get a salesman he was absolutely fabulous, could not ask for better customer service, but then we got sent back to finance. Our salesman did as he was supposed to and put our file in a pile in which the financial group was supposed to take in order received. Instead, I saw sales person after sales person taking their clients straight to the door of financial members, cutting us in line. We noticed this was only occurring with Hispanic sales people, with Hispanic clients, and with most of the Hispanic financial team. I say this with no problem as I am Hispanic myself, although most don't guess it. I noticed all the Caucasian and African American salesman doing what they were supposed to and all their clients waiting around. We warned some salesman so they stayed with their clients to make sure they got in. We were pre-approved by our bank and our loan officer called us because he didn't understand why he hadn't received any paperwork yet and we had to let him know we hadn't even been seen. After I voiced my concern to a salesman who cut his clients in front of us, he told me his clients would only take a minute as they had already been there on Wednesday. We let him know, nevertheless, we had been waiting an hour and he just ignored us.. His clients were still sitting in the office we should have been in ten minutes later when my husband returned with our salesman as that was the only way we were going to be seen. Our financial person was the only person we saw that didn't let clients cut. He was a very nice gentleman, originally from New York. The whole situation was bad enough that we considered leaving and not buying the beautiful truck. I hope that everyone can be treated equally at your dealership in the future. I only recommend the dealership because of our wonderful salesman and because the truck is amazing. More

Planet Ford 2018 King Ranch Purchase Terry Purchased new 2018 King Ranch with trade-in. Jacoby in new car sales assisted me. I could not have been more pleased with Jacoby’s profes Terry Purchased new 2018 King Ranch with trade-in. Jacoby in new car sales assisted me. I could not have been more pleased with Jacoby’s professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and personable conduct during this transaction. The sales transaction was smooth and problem free thanks to both Jacoby and Trey. My only concern and dissatisfaction occurred in the finance department. Jacoby promptly delivered my file to the office of a “finance manager” named Steve. Even though Steve did not appear to be servicing anyone, I waited 30 minutes for him to call me in, but then he simply got up from his desk, ignored my file and me, and walked right past me never to return. I looked around and saw 6 offices of other “finance managers” sitting there with no customers and apparently doing nothing. Finally, I got up and walked into the office of a lady finance manager (do not recall her name), told her I had been waiting a long time, asked for help, and she proceeded with completion of my transaction with no problems. I purchased the vehicle for cash, so there was no actual financing involved. My suggestion is the the folks in the finance department be instructed to show as much care and concern for the customer as Jacoby did in new car sales. No one is asking for “special treatment”, only courtesy and professionalism in the ordinary course of business. More
