Exceptional service! I'd heard of Laurel Williams and she was recommended to me as an excellent salesperson to work with. I called Laurel and explained my credit situation to her and asked if she could help. She said that she could try. My situation proved very challenging for everyone involved at Planet Ford, especially Laurel. However, with patience, and much prayer, Laurel was able to gather the necessary people and resources to get my deal approved for a brand new 2018 Ford Escape SE. Laurel and the rest of the staff at Planet were professional from start to finish. In all my years of car buying I've never experienced the professionalism I experienced with Laurel and the rest of the staff at Planet. Excellent job! More
