Lack of attention to detail Mr. Mullaly, I require your assistance as I have exhausted all means in regards to correcting my issue at lower levels. I require higher help! About Mr. Mullaly, I require your assistance as I have exhausted all means in regards to correcting my issue at lower levels. I require higher help! About 2 months ago, I turned in my leased 2015 Ford Fusion 4S to Planet Ford in Houston. The same day, I leased a 2018 Ford Explorer. Let me back up a little, my husband and I are both active duty soldiers; we have both have served 21+ years. I am not mentioning the later with the intent of insinuating that we should receive any type of special treatment. Nonetheless, I am mentioning it because I have always been told that Ford takes good care of soldiers. When I turned the Fusion, I had not yet completed the AIM inspection (I was aware of the fact that I was going to need to pay for a few minor damages-Right Front Tire 19" sidewall gouged, Right Front Wheel-Non Chrome-Scratched and the Windshield had a crack. My salesperson was Deshawn and my finance officer was Mr. Mena. During the contract signing Mr. Mena forgot to add the $500 cashback bonus, he promised it to me and I did receive it. not within the time-frame promised but rather a few weeks later. Nonetheless, I received it. Thank you! The following will seek to explain my issues. I was in touch with Ford Service dept. in regards to fixing my windshield. I let the service dept. know that I wanted them to fix the windshield in the last week of Jan. 2018. I waited about a week and called Mason Cochran to follow-up on the repair. I was notified that the windshield had not been repaired because Mason in the service dept. could not get a hold of Deshawn in the sales dept. in order to get he keys to vehicle (Mind you that they work 10 steps from one another). I called Deshawn and asked him to walk over to the service dept. while staying on the phone with me; Deshawn handed Mason the keys. A week later the windshield had not been repaired. I called the Planet Ford store Director and he assured me that he would fix the issue. The windshield was finally repaired on 7 Feb. 2017. I received the AIM Condition report; the report included the cost for windshield repair. I explained the fact that I had Ford fix the windshield and they told me to have the Service Dept. send them the receipt. I called the Service Dept. spoke to Jeff and followed up with an email to Mason on 15 February. I asked him to please send receipt to AIM and provided him with the fax number. A week later I called AIM to ensure they received the fax and was notified that they had not. I left work early that day and went to Planet Ford myself in order to witness the transmittal of the fax. I spoke to the Floor Supervisor on duty, I believe his name was Jaime. Jaime referred me to Andrew (I believe he works in the finance section there at Planet Ford). Andrew called Ford Credit that day; Ford Credit was closed. Andrew assured me that he would get back to me the following Monday, in which he did. Andrew insured that AIM received the service department receipt. About March 15, 2018, I received a second letter from Ford Credit; the letter read that I owed $477.36. The AIM report reads that my total cost include ($275.00 for Right Front Tire and $75,00 for Right Front Wheel scratch). I called Ford Credit and asked for an explanation of the $477.36. I spoke to Ms. Jasmyn at Ford Credit, she explained that the amount due was incorrect and that she would get back to me. She explained that $300.00 should have been deducted for Ford Customer loyalty and was trying to figure out why the total was $477.36. She said she would get back to me in a few days, she did not. I called Ford Credit back 2 days ago, I spoke to Ms. Tarra. Ms. Tarra explained to me the fact that my Salesperson and Lease manager reported the incorrect number of excess miles and miscalculated the excess mileage tax. Ms. Tarra, suggested that I go back to Planet Ford and request that they pay the Tax on Miles $106.26. The ongoing issues have caused me to have leave work early on separate occasions while consuming very much of time going back and forth with Planet Ford. I am exhausted, feel let down by Planet Fords' lack of professionalism and ultimately the lack of attention given to my case. Require your assistance in correcting the $106.26 deficit.
