Everything was great dealing with Randy C at Planet Ford 45. We purchased a 23 Lightning Lariat. It was nice dealing with a salesperson that knew everything about the EV truck, and everything related to EV 45. We purchased a 23 Lightning Lariat. Then the manager in his flip flips , wants to follow suit.. need better leaders. Neither were customer service oriented…keep your car Lazy Lincoln staff.. . I knew my sales person was not the one for me, it happens he just wasn’t with it, I kept having to tell him, get the key, what’s the price? Go get it. Kept repeating car hasn’t been serviced yet, suggested be serviced im coming to buy it in a.m. told him again I was on the way. He couldn’t we can’t etc.arrived asked to appraise my car he took his time as expected. So I asked to get someone who likes to make things happen. glipped to the bearded short manager w glasses.
