Purchasing a premium truck required a small down payment and a wait for the build out, but it was totally worth the wait to get exactly what I was wanted. Contact and updates were made regularly. When it arrived in Houston there was a short delay from Ford for the release of my Raptor that Patrick as well as the management staff worked hard to figure out. Once release to the dealer the aftermarket modifications were done with good quality and efficiency. The pruchas/finance process was great with good offers and recommendations for maintenance and other coverage packages for my Raptor. Upon pick up Patrick spent plenty of time going over all the technical aspects of the trucks as well as tips and answered all my questions. I am very, very pleased with my ford buying experience at Planet Ford in Spring which was recommended to me. I plan to give Planet Ford in Spring and Patrick Huygen as a strong recommendation to others. More

Great Experience We went to PlanetFord intending to START looking for a new truck. I had bought my last one there so it seemed a good place to start. We were not expec We went to PlanetFord intending to START looking for a new truck. I had bought my last one there so it seemed a good place to start. We were not expecting to buy for a bit, but came prepared by doing our research online first. When we got there Chris Byrd walked up to greet us. He was very polite and friendly, not pushy at all, and offered to walk the lot with us, or drive us, in +100 degree temps. He showed us EVERYTHING we wanted to see, and stayed with us the whole time. Found a truck we liked, wanted more info. We told him then we were just starting looking, and would probably not buy. He smiled, said no problem and started getting info together for us. The first thin he did was go get approval to knock the price on that truck down several thousand dollars below the best price we had found on line. Then he offered to appraise our vehicle, and came back with a price that was a couple of thousand above the best value we had found on line. Then he walked us around to talk to each of the departments, shared everything with each of them that we had talked with him about. Turns out their first deal was far better than we had hoped for., so we did buy. We had started late in the day, so by the time we finished up it was past closing time at the dealership, but Chris stayed with us the whole time, including helping us move stuff out of our old truck and into the new one. Honestly, I cannot think of anything more he could have done. More
