My Shopping Experience at Planet Ford Last night I purchased a new vehicle at Planet Ford Spring. For many years I have used and been so very pleased with your Service Department and the c Last night I purchased a new vehicle at Planet Ford Spring. For many years I have used and been so very pleased with your Service Department and the convenience of the Quick Lane there is an added plus. Living close by was another major factor in deciding where I wanted to purchase. My mind was made up regardless of any other ‘Dealer Deals’ that I would purchase my next (and probably last) vehicle at Planet Ford. We went to ‘look’ and naturally deep down inside, I guess I knew it would end up being a ‘buy’- after all, if you are there to look, you are really there to buy! The sales associate was Charles Martin and he was so very helpful. I was so grateful that he was not a pushy, in-your-face type of sales person. For the last 8 years I had been driving a 2010 Ford Escape and it took me 3 years to finally decide that the Edge was going to be the closest to that Escape that I would find. Mr. Martin was quite helpful in looking at all the possible options and I can say that I was glad it did not take me another 3 years to decide on which one! After finishing up with Mr. Martin, we were escorted over to talk with Charles Prince. He was quite personable and answered all our questions and any concerns we might have had. He too was a pleasure to work with. The next stop was with Andrew Risner. Very pleasant young man and we so enjoyed talking with him. I knew I wanted to have the Lo-Jack on this vehicle like I had installed on my Escape and he took care of that… seems to get easier making all these decisions as you go from station to station?? Last, we met with David Mena and he too was a pleasure to work with. Must have been a very good sign that there were no computer issues during all the paperwork we went thru (evidently not the case with the previous customer!) Unfortunately, it seems we live in a society where one rarely hears the words “Thank You” as often as we should. Seems too easy for folks to just complain all the time… I want to extend my “Thank You” to Planet Ford and the helpful personnel we dealt with last night. I was so dreading having to look for, much less purchase, a new vehicle but everyone we worked with made it a good experience. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention Crystal Pate in your Service Department. She was always very helpful when I had the Escape in for repair or service. JW Spring, TX More

Normally I would shop around and find the very best deal but after dealing with Craig on Monday I new we were only going to get a truck from Craig and Planet Ford so I didn’t even bother looking around. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the A plus treatment that we received from Craig and the rest of the staff. Craig made it feel super comfortable and very friendly to us like we had known him for years. I won’t buy another vehicle from anyone ever again besides Craig. More
