I did not go with the 0% financing but instead used the incentives which equalled about $13,000 so I guess that eliminated the 0%. I could not get a answer on that until the day I showed up to sign for the truck and had to ask the salesman again. More

Great experience during a difficult time I wanted to turn my lease in early and Mike Connolly was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed. I also needed to replace the vehicle but it due to the Governors emergency order sales was closed. Mike Power were able to accommodate me by scheduling a solo test drive and had the car ready to go for me at the agreed to time. He also provided aggressive pricing so I decided to move forward with the purchase. They had the paperwork, temporary registration along with the car cleaned and ready for the agreed to pickup time. They also handled the turning in of the leased vehicle. I have never enjoyed the process of buying a car but they made it a pleasure, even during this challenging time. More
Another Excellent Experience with Planet. While COVID-19 can make things challenging and stressful at times, the experience with changing out lease vehicles was not at Planet. I had a vehicle in mind and reached out to Rob Dirks, who has sold us several vehicles before. Rob was great in helping me consider vehicle options, get the vehicle I picked test driven and then working with the finance office to arrange a new lease I could handle. The majority of this was all done via phone and e-mail. The paperwork and pick-up process were different because of the restrictions they are rightly following, but at the end of the day I love my new vehicle and the experience I had at Planet. I just wish I had more reason to drive my new RAM right now, but that time will hopefully come soon. More
