This is the third car we have purchased from this dealer. They are always very friendly and one doesn't have to "haggle" with the price. A lot of people up here in northern AZ will go to Phoenix to purchase a car because it is so much cheaper...perhaps they need to go to Planet and save themselves the time and money. I actually priced the same car in Phoenix and I got it at Planet for 5% less than I could have in Phoenix with the same options! On April 3, 2012 our '08 Jeep Liberty overheated as we left the Grand Canyon, and was towed to this dealership for service. As we're from Texas, we were pretty much stranded in Flagstaff. While we waited, Josh was great about getting in touch with us exactly when he promised, and keeping us advised of progress. On April 5 he sent a car to bring us to the dealership, as it was to be ready shortly. After we arrived, Josh advised us that in testing the new water pump they discovered that the radiator was also leaking, and it could be another day or two before we could leave. At that point we decided to just go ahead and trade vehicles. Within a couple of hours we were on our way home in a new Grand Cherokee. The professional attitude and friendliness we encoutered at Planet made what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience. These folks all really 'know their stuff', and I would highly recommend them and this dealership. I just wish they were in Texas. More

I am typically not a big fan of car salesmen, most of the time they are pushy and end up being rude. Tate and Robert were very helpful through the entire purchase process of my Chevy Cobalt. I was also pleasantly surprised at how much time they have spent working with me on the service of my car after the purchase. I also had a great experience working with Derrik in the finance department, he slowed down and helped answer questions regarding the contract in terms that I could truly understand. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from here again, and plan on recommending them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
