Took my Jeep in for an oil change. I leave the dealership, two minutes later my check engine oil light came on, my Jeep made a grinding sound and I lost power. Service Department had done our Oil Changes ever since we bought the 2018 Ram 1500 from there. They tightened the oil plug so tight it wouldn’t come off. And they rotated the tires tightened the Lug Nuts it bought the 2018 Ram 1500 from there. They tightened the oil plug so tight it wouldn’t come off. We scheduled an appointment and 4 hours later they got to the truck. That being said we decided to take it somewhere else. Very Pleased Customer! More
Watch out folks, especially elders! Planet Dodge sold a new vehicle to my elderly mother and clearly that she wasn't able to afford in the first place (by Mr. Nez). She had a trade in which she was upside down on it in the got go. She was only given $15,000, owing $12,000. Then she was required to put down $10,000, which now she only owes $2000 on the upside down trade-in. At the end, she ended up with a payment of $700+ monthly which she clearly wasn't able to afford. Taking the vehicle back, she was required to pay $14,445 for the vehicle and the mileage was only 900+, by Mr Bart. No consideration for elders. Her paying additional $12,000+ was literally robing an elderly. Money-eyed dealership. Just an FYI! I'm going to do a Google review as well. More
I’ve only given planet Chrysler Dodge Jeep one star because there is no negative scale they deserve -4 stars for what they just pulled on Monday. I feel that consumers need to understand that if you make an appointment they will not honor it and even the service manager feels it’s appropriate to keep someone’s vehicle for 24 to 48 hours. I attempted to make an appointment over a month ago only to find out that the service advisor never scheduled the appointment so when I found this out 2 weeks ago I told the service advisor exactly what needed to be done and that I only had one day to accomplish this and if they could not do it let me know. I drop my vehicle off at 8 AM, and I spoke to a 3rd service advisor regarding the situation and that I only had one day to do this he never informed me that they needed 48 hours to complete a 4 ½ hour job, I received a text message at 2:30pm telling me that they were unable to get my vehicle in for the extended warranty work and routine maintenance. They couldn’t even give me the courtesy or decency of a phone call to discuss what had happened apparently they were overbooked even though vehicles that came in after me where taken care of, so I’m out the cost of fuel meals and lodging as I live quite a ways away from the dealership the service manager Virgil could care less about customer service. As I see it this is a time management and customer service issue, apparently there knowingly overbooking their service department which I find to be extremely unprofessional practice. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this facility over the last 2 years they have permanently lost my business and I feel the duty to inform the general public about their complete lack of professionalism. Additionally in my opinion the extended Mopar warranty is a complete and utter scam. Know that if you have an extended Mopar warranty issue you will end up calling and offshore call center that can barely speak or understand English to verify coverage even after you accomplish this now the service department has to reverify that there’s a warranty issue even though they had determined this in January to get approval for the extended warranty and then they have to order the parts so this can easily turn into a 3 day ordeal because you have to then turn around and bring the vehicle back yet again to get the approved extended warranty service, once I understood this I purchased the parts myself so that the work could be done in the time I had allowed I went through 3 different service advisors who all knew that I only had one day to do this. I would caution anyone buying the Mopar extended service contract to look into it as there may be better options. I’m sure this dealership will have a response to my critique of their business practices but in the end what they can’t refute is that they have a duty to inform their customers, they have no time management skills, their customer service is nonexistent and they are intentionally overbooking the service department. In closing be warned that this dealership will not honor appointments. More
I was given a recommendation to get my axle fluid changed because they said it was dirty. I have mechanical knowledge so I decided to do this simple service myself. It wasn't leaking. I have had this vehicle serviced at this dealership 3 times. Oil changes only. Not once was my axle fluid checked! When I demanded why they were checking off that the fluid was checked when it never was, I was told they never check fluid levels. "Why should we?' Was their answer. Seriously! They said they only recommend service by mileage, they do not check fluid levels! Total incompetence! Even the cheap oil change places will check all your fluids when you get an oil change. I definitely will never get my vehicle serviced here again. I'll go next door to Toyota. This dealership did high pressure me to get an EGR cleaning at 65,000 miles. For $1300 dollars. The owner's manual doesn't require an EGR cleaning, ever. It does require a crankcase filter change set that mileage, which I performed myself. Easy 10 minute job. So that was a rip off they tried on me too. Avoid this service department. More

Absolutely horrible customer service bordering on criminal rio off...my 82 yr old dad took his Grand Cherokee in for suspension repair...was told part had to be ordered would not be in for a week...a criminal rio off...my 82 yr old dad took his Grand Cherokee in for suspension repair...was told part had to be ordered would not be in for a week...asked if he could keep Jeep until part was in as he needed it for my mom....they said no they would out him in the back of the line....never called back when asking schedule...2 weeks passed they finally got it done after being rude and unresponsive and charged him over 3 times estimated amount....on top of it....broke his windshield....took no responsibility for it....took advantage if an 82 yr old man....rude lied sucked....horrible experience More
I had set up an appointment to go over my trade in value for my previous Jeep for the car of my dreams. When I arrived I was greeted By Jason and a few others. Jason had communicated with me that Sam was wi for my previous Jeep for the car of my dreams. When I arrived I was greeted By Jason and a few others. Jason had communicated with me that Sam was with a different customer but he would help with taking care of my needs. Let me tell you… this experience has been the smoothest and easiest experience I have had in a dealership! Jason made me feel welcomed and comfortable while waiting on documents and forms and even during the test drive! This has by far been one of my favorite experiences at this dealership! More
