Service center is terrible I bought a used car in August of 2018 everything was fine until I was told that the car was sold to me with bad tires. I had purchased the tire warran I bought a used car in August of 2018 everything was fine until I was told that the car was sold to me with bad tires. I had purchased the tire warranty as my car didn't come with a spare. At the time I felt it would be an easy process to work with the service center on getting the tires replaced as they had air bubbles in them after I took the car in I was told they wouldn't try and use the warranty but they would replace the really bad ones but it would take a couple days. In those couple days they lost my wheel lock key then proceeded to hold my car hostage for 2 weeks never keeping in touch on the progress I had to drive down to the service center multiple times because no one would call me back. They lied telling me they were taking the car places they weren't I know because I have a tracker on my car as well as I called the places they said they went. After 2 weeks they returned it with all 4 tires replaced but with damage to my rim and non locking lug nuts. I finally received a call another week later that the wheel locks were in but if this happens in the future they won't be able to help me when they were the ones that lost my stuff in the first place!!! I will never suggest this dealership to anyone as the service is horrendous. More

He did some research for us and gave us an even better deal. Finally, we came back with the information we needed to give them, then the mechanic, Derek, approached us to let us know what he had done and ordered for us. Everybody we dealt with were fabulous. I went to this dealership in order to look at a used car that had just come onto the lot. After MAKING sure that James didnt mind coming in on his day off and having him insist it was fine i drove an hour t that had just come onto the lot. After testing it I decided that I needed a day to think about the vehicle since i am a full time college student working 2 jobs. But that if the car sold that was fine as well. I got onto a local forum later to find this written by the same sales person directed towards me. "Don't expect me to bend over backwards to help you and then you're a weasel. Don't PM me here, text me, call me at the office and on my cell to do business if you have no intention of buying. Don't expect me to call in favors to get you a 2.9% rate when you qualify for 14.99%. Don't expect me to get your Proof of Income waived because your income doesn't justify buying sh**. Never mind Proof of residence because you live with Mommy and she pays the bills. Don't expect me to do a deal and then let you take your trade for a week to return it to stock. Don't expect me to come in to work on my day off, arrange all of this for your dumba** and then blow out on me because you can't make a decision. Yeah, this transpired with a member here over the last couple of days. Bent over backwards to help and now I'm "rude". suffice to say not where I would want to spend my money for a vehicle. More
