Motivated Professional Salesmanship/Leadership After my horable experience at another dealer I was relieved to know there are still salesmen in dealer lots that are motivated to get out of their of After my horable experience at another dealer I was relieved to know there are still salesmen in dealer lots that are motivated to get out of their office and off the internet to do the work necessary to make a sale! They are professionals, they don't judge you as as person wasting their time and treat you with respect! They actually let you test drive a vehicle! Sounds ridiculous, but some dealerships are so lazy they want you to buy a car without driving it! Not this guy and not Pitre!.Every step of the way they met my needs and had a solution to ever concern I had regarding my purchase. They saved me over $8000 and told the REAL TRUTH about end of the year sales.that actually start the last quarter of the year. I'm living proof that big savings can be accomplished in October!I never thought buying a new car could ever be a good deal until working with all these good people. Worst service!!! Spent a great deal on a new vehicle only to be lied to again and again. Promises not fulfilled by the staff. Service center is terrible I bought a used car in August of 2018 everything was fine until I was told that the car was sold to me with bad tires. I had purchased the tire warran I bought a used car in August of 2018 everything was fine until I was told that the car was sold to me with bad tires. I had purchased the tire warranty as my car didn't come with a spare. At the time I felt it would be an easy process to work with the service center on getting the tires replaced as they had air bubbles in them after I took the car in I was told they wouldn't try and use the warranty but they would replace the really bad ones but it would take a couple days. In those couple days they lost my wheel lock key then proceeded to hold my car hostage for 2 weeks never keeping in touch on the progress I had to drive down to the service center multiple times because no one would call me back. They lied telling me they were taking the car places they weren't I know because I have a tracker on my car as well as I called the places they said they went. After 2 weeks they returned it with all 4 tires replaced but with damage to my rim and non locking lug nuts. I finally received a call another week later that the wheel locks were in but if this happens in the future they won't be able to help me when they were the ones that lost my stuff in the first place!!! I will never suggest this dealership to anyone as the service is horrendous. More

He did some research for us and gave us an even better deal. Finally, we came back with the information we needed to give them, then the mechanic, Derek, approached us to let us know what he had done and ordered for us. Everybody we dealt with were fabulous.
