On a 3,000 mile trip towing a travel trailer, my Canyon diesel exhaust system clogged and put me in "limp" mode in Santa Fe. The dealer there couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. So, I limped all the way to my diesel exhaust system clogged and put me in "limp" mode in Santa Fe. The dealer there couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. So, I limped all the way to my initial destination in Eagle Nest to park the trailer. GMC dealers are few and far between in NM, so I didn't expect quick service anywhere. I called Pitre Buick on Saturday and they said bring it in Monday morning. I was amazed! I drove to Albuquerque, Sunday and rented a hotel room (couldn't pull the trailer). My service manager, Angel, knowing our situation was incredible and got us out Monday afternoon for under $500. He even took my husband to get lunch while we waited. I have never been so impressed by any auto dealership including my hometown one. Kudos to Pitre and especially Angel. More

Very disappointed in service department. Very unhappy about my truck service back about 2 months ago. Fuel line service. Was ready to go home from wrk and gas started to leak from underneath. Took my vehicle in for engine light was told that there was three recalls on the vehicle and they fixed those but needed to order part a loaner was never not once offered I asked they informed me they coul was three recalls on the vehicle and they fixed those but needed to order part a loaner was never not once offered I asked they informed me they could not due to covid, they told me that some of the stuff might night work because my engine light is still on. This was March 2, I have made multiple attempts to get a time frame nope the part is on national backorder no communication. My car is not fixed was told could be up to a year from general manager. They are great to sell you a vehicle everything was on point but to repair still waiting More

Great experience with Pitre GMC! We live 3 hours away and drove to them to pick up ou new SUV! We knew what we wanted and did most the work up over the phone so all we had to do was show up, sign on the dott drove to them to pick up ou new SUV! We knew what we wanted and did most the work up over the phone so all we had to do was show up, sign on the dotted lines and drive out, it was smooth and easy! Only negative comment I would say is that the showroom, bathrooms needs some updating! More
