For starters, the general sales manager options-out vehicles in a unique way improving the "value proposition" on a new pickup truck. Kudos to Tavio B! Their website allows you to calculate different buying/leasing strategies. Sales staff was transparent and did not try to up-sell me and arriving at a sale price was hassle free. Montee, Cel, and Derrick made all the incentives work... and the first document presented for me to sign was a Vanity plate application for the new GMC Sierra truck. Way to go! More
