In a time where some buyers are dreading going to a dealership given "inflation and MSRP creep," one gets pleasently surprised with a top-notch, best experience in buying a 2024 new vehicle. I am 61, and Pitre has been the best experience yet. I would buy there again! For starters, the general sales manager options-out vehicles in a unique way improving the "value proposition" on a new pickup truck. Kudos to Tavio B! Their website allows you to calculate different buying/leasing strategies. Sales staff was transparent and did not try to up-sell me and arriving at a sale price was hassle free. Montee, Cel, and Derrick made all the incentives work... and the first document presented for me to sign was a Vanity plate application for the new GMC Sierra truck. Way to go! More
I searched for the exact vehicle I wanted on GMC First - the dealership information on the GMC official website is out of date for Pitre. he sales team is still doing non-negotiable dealer add-ons to the t the dealership information on the GMC official website is out of date for Pitre. he sales team is still doing non-negotiable dealer add-ons to the tune of $3000. I called and said I would like to buy a vehicle but had no interest in buying it with paint and leather protection I would never use, car washes that would inconvenient to access and or prepaying $900 for a replacement key valued up to $800. The salesperson stated these were non-negotiable. Looks like I will be buying ANOTHER 67k+ vehicle in Texas! More

The service staff needs people skills. Service was rude and I felt discriminated as a female asking for simple service. I was never told I had to leave the vehicle there when I scheduled Service was rude and I felt discriminated as a female asking for simple service. I was never told I had to leave the vehicle there when I scheduled the appointment. They said it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. I called after 1 1/2 and was told they were having problems. Their response wasn't too convincing, I called 2 minutes later and was told the vehicle was ready. I can go on and on about my bad experience with the service department. More than anything else, I felt so discriminated as a female. More
