Randy Martin and John Travaskis where extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions. I did not do my financing through them but John called my bank and helped me with the whole process. I had done a lot of my own research and pricing before I even stepped in the door, and he was able to get the exact Jeep Renegade that we were looking for (and the price on the new vehicle and trade in was as I expected... there was no undervaluing of the trade in!) Corrie communicated effectively via email, which was super convenient for me. The follow up was timely, and he and Jeff turned what could have been a two day pick up process into a few emails and less then an hour of paperwork and delivery. They even managed to reach my insurance agent within 15 minutes of me providing information to them. Both of them were personable and treated my teenage daughter with respect. I appreciated this so much. This was by far the best new car buying experience that I have had. More
