John found us a van down at the lacrosse pischke and we asked for it to be delivered back to West Salem, which they did, no problem. We came in, purchased the van. It was quick and easy. You know yourself better than any customer service professional ever will, so when you know what vehicle you want all you need is competent staff to cross the t's and dot the i's on the paperwork to get the ball (jeep in the example) rolling; and that's what I experienced at Pischke. I didn't get the "I've had too many customers like you, stop asking questions and buy the car already" vibe at all, and when I had questions I didn't even know how to put in words, I asked them (sort of) and got a full break down on what I wanted clarified. The staff really seemed to care about getting me the best deal possible, and I was satisfied with the figures I walked out the door with. Thanks to Curt, John, and the Pischke team for the assistance in purchasing my Jeep. Professional, is the word I would use if asked to sum up in one word my experience of Pischke and its staff. More

John picked me up at the airport. I was at the dealership for about 2 hrs. And I was on the way home. When I purchase another Promaster I will be flying out to Pischke Motors.
