I was impressed that there was little to no wait time. I brought my car in to be serviced, signed in for a shuttle service back to work and waited maybe 3 minutes. Overall really good experience. I would recommend them going above the promised time of call of completion since he told me a time and I waited for the call an hour later than the promised time. That makes your customer anxious like there is a real problem and the trust and faith in good service goes down. More
My service person, Noel, listened to my concerns regarding my car and delivered excellent service. He gave me answers to my questions and lined up my appointments with the arrival of the parts. I went there because of a faulty audio circuit in my radio was affecting my a/c. When I received the car I was told that the tech felt the problem seemed to still be happening which meant that I needed radio was affecting my a/c. When I received the car I was told that the tech felt the problem seemed to still be happening which meant that I needed a reconditioned radio. Since the problem was not evident at the time, I told him to wait on the radio until I had a chance to see for myself. Before I made it to the 101, I looked down at the passenger seat and noticed that I had about a 2" tear through the passanger seat. I immediately took the car back and had the rep look at the seat. The rep got the sales manager, who never said hello or was outwardly friendly, and he looked at it and said to have it fixed. He never said sorry for the inconvenience... I called Steve back the following day and asked him to order the radio since the problem persisted. He agreed. I called him four days later to get a status and he never called back. I called again 2-3 days later and still no answer. I went and saw the serive manager and he said the wait could be as long as a month as there have been problems with the 2003 model radios. I told Steve that Steve Duncan could have at least returned my call and stated as such. Following this conversation, I called my normal service rep at another service facility, and he said he would check around for the availablility of another radio. Approximately 2 hours later I got a call from Steve Duncan saying the radio was in. About 10 minutes after Steve's call my friend called me and asked if the dealership had called. I said yes. He said they had the radio. Something is definately wrong here... More
Took my wife's 09 Rouge in for service without an appointment around 10am. I was suprised that the service department was able to accomadate my request. I would never recommend this dealership. They install vehicles with custom wheels that do not properly fit the car and do not meet saftey requirements. The custom wheels rub and Pinnacle denies it when 2 vehicles with custom wheels that do not properly fit the car and do not meet saftey requirements. Put American Racing wheels on my 99 Pathfinder. First time the wheels were balanced at Pinnacle the job was perfect, serviceman rode with me and showed me the computer print out for each wheel.<br>Second time the wheels were balanced at Pinnacle the job was perfect, serviceman rode with me and showed me the computer print out for each wheel.<br>Second time I brought the Pathfinder in for wheel balance, was told that wheels were incorrect for vehicle and was sold another set of wheels for roughly $800. Sold the first set for $100. I was very angry, took Pinnacle's decal off the vehicle and sold the vehicle. From all the problems and the other complaints on this website I doubt I will ever buy another Nissan. More
