Everytime I have taken my Rogue in for service Noel Estrada has gone out of his way to ensure I have an outstanding experience. My last visit was for an oil change and inspection and I asked him about getting the windows tinted. He said they could do it that morning in 4 hours. The job was completed in a couple of hours with outstanding quality, the windows appears as if the glass was tinted instead a film being applied for tinting. The new coffee maker is Starbuck's and is excellent coffee. The entire staff has always treated like a king. I even had shoes shined (and they really needed it) on this trip. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet and highly recommend this dealership to everyone!! More
I cna honestly say I have had a better experience on the service side than sales. Everything from my service experience was just smooth as silk. My car engine smelled like something rubber was burning so I stopped by the service department to check it out. I did not call for an appointment and was glad to be warmly greeted by several service advi so I stopped by the service department to check it out. I explained the problem to Noel and he agreed that something did smell like burning rubber under the hood. In just a few moments he had my car history available and off went my car to the service area. By the time I had tried to walk next door for some lunch he was calling to let me know what the mechanic had found. It was a simple problem...a plastic bag had been sucked into the engine, stuck to some part the engine(girl speaking here) and that was the cause of the burnt smell. He told me to go ahead and get some lunch and that my car was headed for the car wash. When I got back, Noel again explained what had happened, advised that a 28 point inspection turned up no other concerns, reminded me that the next service was due at 60k miles and sent me on my way! All of this occured right in the middle of a busy work day...and you know how a car problem can total the day of a sales rep. I am so grateful to know that my dealership wants to take care of any problem large or small in a professional, friendly and competent manner! Thank you to the great team at Pinnacle...and Noel and his mechanic for saving the day! More
When I bought my new 2009 370Z I have to admit I wanted the convenience of making the deal with one of the Nissan dealerships much closer to me than Pinnacle. The only dealer in the state with an inventory of the new Zs big enough to have the exact one I wanted was Pinnacle. Since the cost of a maintenance contract was very reasonable I've been having routine maintenance for this car scheduled by Noel Estrada and I've quickly become very comfortable with him. He is professional, knowledgable and personable. I'm amazed how well he has cooperated with my personal and professional schedule to make the effort of the drive as convenient as possible. I would recommend others request Noel as thier personal Service Rep. More

I was impressed that there was little to no wait time. I brought my car in to be serviced, signed in for a shuttle service back to work and waited maybe 3 minutes. Overall really good experience. I would recommend them going above the promised time of call of completion since he told me a time and I waited for the call an hour later than the promised time. That makes your customer anxious like there is a real problem and the trust and faith in good service goes down. More

I went there because of a faulty audio circuit in my radio was affecting my a/c. When I received the car I was told that the tech felt the problem seemed to still be happening which meant that I needed radio was affecting my a/c. Since the problem was not evident at the time, I told him to wait on the radio until I had a chance to see for myself. Before I made it to the 101, I looked down at the passenger seat and noticed that I had about a 2" tear through the passanger seat. I immediately took the car back and had the rep look at the seat. The rep got the sales manager, who never said hello or was outwardly friendly, and he looked at it and said to have it fixed. He never said sorry for the inconvenience... I called Steve back the following day and asked him to order the radio since the problem persisted. He agreed. I called him four days later to get a status and he never called back. I called again 2-3 days later and still no answer. I went and saw the serive manager and he said the wait could be as long as a month as there have been problems with the 2003 model radios. I told Steve that Steve Duncan could have at least returned my call and stated as such. Following this conversation, I called my normal service rep at another service facility, and he said he would check around for the availablility of another radio. Approximately 2 hours later I got a call from Steve Duncan saying the radio was in. About 10 minutes after Steve's call my friend called me and asked if the dealership had called. I said yes. He said they had the radio. Something is definately wrong here... More
